The Great River Area Labor Federation, commonly known as the GRALF, is comprised of 5 Central Labor Chapters: Clinton Labor Congress, Des Moine/Henry County, Dubuque Federation of Labor, Lee County Labor Chapter, and the Quad City Federation of Labor. Each chapter is responsible for building power for working families and advocating for economic security and a fair economy in their communities.
